Steampunked!!

Heya beautiful ladies,

Hope your day's going great. Mine is going awesome, I'm running a little too high on mojo I guess :P.  I'm super excited to share a stempunk theme card today. It's inspired by another card I saw on Etsy. I really fell in love with the idea. There wasn't any tutorial so my card is a hit and trial kinda card. First time was a fail but the second time it turned out just right, in fact perfect!! So here it is:

Trust me those circles move. You can align them which ever way you want. Basically there's a key using which a message can be encoded to numbers. So, the message becomes a secret ;) Using the same key the message can be decoded. I have added 4 tags to write personalised encoded messages. And they can also be used as photo mats. Here's a closer look at the message wheel!

The card front is embossed and inked using walnut stain and those glittery flowers were actually white! The Cheery Lynn doily was also inked using walnut stain. The gears were also inked and embossed in gold. I guess its a bit overload of gold but I still love it. The tags were deliberately distressed so bad :P

I'm sending this card to the follwoing challenges:
Color Conceptions Challenges # 9 - Anything but card
Crafters Corner Challenge #15 - Go 3D

I absolutely loved making this card. Hope you will like it as much as I do. Thanks for dropping by!
Smiles :)
